Look for reviews of what other event customers have experienced, but here was feedback from 2 of the larger ones we’ve done to date:
PCF needed a venue for our annual leadership progress review. We were looking for something different, and the Pontiac Transportation Museum was new and interesting in our community. After touring this, we got excited about the atmosphere it might provide. They gave us a fair price for the event package, recommended and worked with our vendors, even as it required rearrangement of their floor to accommodate a little over 100 guests. Everyone at the museum was super flexible and worked to make our event successful with kudos from City and County Leaders. Highly recommend!
Pontiac Community Foundation Sept. 2024
OLHSA hosted our 60th anniversary fundraiser gala at Pontiac Transportation Museum (10/2024) and everyone loved it! The staff were very accommodating the day of the event to ensure the catering/decorations were in place. The atmosphere was spot on and guests loved walking around the museum. The space fit our 80 or so guests very comfortably. We paid for the addition of docent-led tours for our guests and everyone raved about the experience! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The event went on without a hitch. So many thanks to the PTM staff!
PTM has also already sponsored and participated in many types of community events related to our mission! As we open the museum this list grows and will have an outlook available on this site.
