After 3 years we have hosted multiple weddings — from 30 to 150 guests — and pride ourselves on our satisfied customers. The PTM is the ideal wedding venue for those looking for a very cool historical/ industrial vibe. We just put together a total wedding package including catering from the outstanding local caterer Lafayette Grande/ Travelling Chef. As an example for 100 people we can provide the venue for 5 hours, tables, chairs, linens, a (2) entree buffet, starch, vegetable, dessert, and serving ware — all inclusive for $5900 plus tax and tip for wait staff. Additionally, with this package you can bring in your own drinks, which is a big savings. If you serve alcohol you must have a trained and insured bartender — available at $75/ hour. We have a list of excellent preferred vendors for virtually every event and wedding need, but you are welcome to choose your own if you like. We include details that other venues charge for. Do you want engagement pics with a particularly cool car? No problem. Want to choose some special cars for display at your wedding? No worries. We can accommodate up to 150 people for your ceremony and reception. There is a beautiful backyard for a cocktail hour or ceremony. Bridal prep room. Catering prep area. Tables and chairs included. And even if you don’t want the package including catering, we can work with you to make your wedding affordable. One example is you may want to consider a food truck for catering. Our prices are about half of what you will pay at the other exceptional historical venues around the Detroit area – with everything you get, this is clearly a great value.
